Paving along 34th Avenue South, other streets could cause traffic backups this month
Paving will also occur at the intersection of South 160th Street and 34th Avenue South, which is expected to create traffic backups and will reduce South 160th Street from four lanes to two lanes.

The 2017 Urban Forest Enhancement Guide found SeaTac canopy coverage totaled 25 percent (not including the SeaTac Airport). Restoration and planting efforts are ongoing since 2019 within North SeaTac Park and Angle Lake Nature Trail to remove invasive species and plant trees and native plants.
