Programs the city will support were chosen based on feedback provided by SeaTac small businesses during the 2021 Business Synergy Program Outreach survey, along with guidance from SeaTac’s City Council.
City Council approves contract for new utility wraps created by Traffic Wrapz
In 2021, Council approved and funded a project that would provide art wraps for 31 intersections owned by SeaTac citywide. The family friendly designs reduce blight, graffiti, stickers and vandalism.

In May 2021, former Councilmember Clyde Hill submitted a Council Request Form to change the name of Des Moines Creek Park to add SeaTac to the name after plans to add amenities to the park were put in motion.
City moving forward on implementing SeaTac’s Housing Work Plan
The Housing Work Plan consists of short-term action items identified in policy documents, programs, or by City Council, related to expanding housing opportunities for residents. The main focus of the current Housing Work Plan is the implementation of the recently adopted SeaTac Housing Action Plan.
