The program started in 2019 after residents reported a lack of parking on neighborhood streets. This area’s location near the airport made it a popular spot to park, creating congestion for actual residents. The program was suspended in the Spring of 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

King County vaccination requirement for indoor entertainment starts today
Starting today, Oct. 25, 2021, King County Public Health Officer Jeff Duchin’s Health Order requiring people to verify full vaccination or a negative test to participate in outdoor public events of 500 or more people and indoor entertainment and recreational establishments and events such as live music performing arts, gyms restaurants and bars.
SeaTac recycling event sees 525 cars roll through to drop off special goods
The City collected 44,031 pounds of paint at the recycling event tin Oct. 23 at Tyee High School.
