SeaTac will be required to comply with the CPPs to ensure that SeaTac also complies with the Growth Management Act (GMA). In Washington state, the GMA requires periodic review and updates to cities’ comprehensive plans and development regulations on a ten-year cycle. SeaTac is currently working on updating its comprehensive plan.

If your street is flooding it is often caused by a catch basin that is covered in leaves and other debris. Residents should remove debris from local drains.
