Construction on new SeaTac pump track begins at North SeaTac Park
A pump track is a series of rollers, banked turns and other features designed for the rider to travel a circuit without pedaling a bicycle. Construction is expected to be completed by November.

Construction of the spray park is expected to start in 2024 and will be completed later that same year.

The new businesses should open their doors in 2023. The new businesses include three restaurants, market, deli, bubble tea shop, coffee shop, childcare, barber shop, electronics repair and sales store, chiropractor office, and a neighborhood police office.
