Three new Councilmembers sworn in
Newly elected City Councilmembers Iris Guzmán, Mohammed Egal and Jake Simpson were sworn in at City Hall by City Clerk Kristina Gregg. On Nov. 23, King County Elections certified Simpson as the winner for Council Position 2, Mohammed Egal as Council Position 4 and Iris Guzmán as Council Position 6.

Seattle City Light will perform routine maintenance line clearance tree trimming in SeaTac next year. At least ten days prior to any work commencing on any given circuit, Seattle City Light or contractor performing awarded work, will provide the City with a list of any proposed tree removals.
